Everyone in the office has been complaining about the phones. It never fails, everyday there are various complaints about how much our phones don’t work. After weeks of complaining we were finally notified that we would be switching services to an online business telephone system. This was such great news for everyone in the office. Business telephone systems require no equipment because they are based online causing no static, dropped calls, or crossed lines. Best of all we don’t have to be in the office to pick up calls. As long as we have access to our laptop or phone we can receive calls and hold conference calls. An online telephone system is ideal not only for our office but for any office using telephones frequently.
